Kinetica Movement Language

Kinetica Movement Language is inspired by the sea's endless motion and the diverse surrounding nature.

Kinetica invites participants to see life from a different perspective by connecting with oneself through movement in a guided class format. With open discussion, free exploration and lead meditative roadmaps, participants are invited to peel away years of layers that can consist of (but are not limited to) fears, insecurities, walls, false boundaries and self-defined limits-from a place of self-love and belief.

This language was originally developed for Nadine Bommer's dancers, to provide unique and exciting movement to support the enrichment of her Animato work. Bommer feels privileged and blessed this technique has evolved for everyone's well being; now sharing, this therapeutic technique, with people all around the world. Through the Kinetica Movement Language, you will experience how to connect to the limitless aspects of nature and heal your body through a deeply powerful mind and body connection.

Animato Creative

Classes and workshops take the Kinetica Movement Language from personal exploration and growth to performance and choreography. Nadine's creative method is fun for the whole family pushing participants to enjoy a character and transform who they are, how they move, and what they have to share with the audience. In seeking to empower movement Nadine discovered a beautiful method to deepen the belief in self through a character and story.
